Beware the dreaded walrus-bee
The buzzing terror of the sea
Whose sting is bigger than his tusks
And who hunts along the beach at dusk
In Shangri-la, the snails fly
Each afternoon they fill the sky
With snail clouds - the squishy kind
That no one ever seems to mind
Since snails bring the best of luck
Not rain or other awful muck
So give a snail a friendly hug
Since they’re the nicest kind of bug
A cat and a mouse went waltzing one day
They danced round the floor hand in hand
Said the cat to the mouse, “They’re playing our song,
I think this is our favorite band.”
The mouse wore a top hat and bow tie
For he was always impeccably dressed
His whiskers were combed out and straightened
And his shiny black shoes matched his vest
The cat wore a ball gown of violet
Elephants are people too
They do the things that people do
They eat, they sleep, they laugh, they play
And eat their vegetables every day
An octopus would
If an octopus could
Hug you with
Eight different limbs
And then you could play
In the sun every day
While you sit on the sand
And it swims
